Project Description

Existing building had approximately 30 year old build-up roof that was past it’s service life. Had extensive patches and previous repairs. Due to leaks damaging tenants work ARI worked with landlord do complete job during raining season. Installed a 50 Mil Duro-last PVC roof with 20 Year Manufacture materiel and labor warranty. Installed new skylights, roof hatch, and edge metal.
