Existing home had two tar and gravel roofs installed. Newest roof failed after just 10 years. We installed an 80 Mil IB Roof System with a 25 year labor warranty and life time material warranty. We also had to correct the roof drainage system to meet code and eliminate a dangerous roof condition.
