Project Description

Existing residence was being converted into a restaurant. They were completing the renovation when during a rain storm they realized the roof was beyond repair. We worked with them on their tight schedule and had a new roof installed within a week of their phone call and request. Installed a 30 year Malarkey Dimensional shingle with torch down in the flat drain areas. Installed all new edge metal and vents.
