Modified Torch-Down

Modified torch-down roofing is primary used for flat roofs. A typical roof will consist of one or more layers of torch down roofing membrane. Each layer is made of fiberglass, polyester with bitumen.

PVC, TPO

PVC roofing is a single ply roof system that creates a single layer of roofing by heat welding seams. These are considered the best roof system for flat-roofs due to their life span, weight, ease in repair, and energy savings due to reflecting sunlight (cool-roof). Additionally many manufacturers offer very long warranties on labor and material.

Roof Coatings

100% silicon based roof coatings are a great option for extending built-up, pvc, and torch-down roof systems. They must be installed before the underlyaing roof is past it’s service life. They not only provide great water proofing, but can come with manufacturer warranties.
